What is it?
Simple mp3 quiz for one or (better) many players, use your own music files to create the quiz.
mp3quiz is 100% freeware, the program is provided "as-is", with no support, guarantees or warrantees whatsoever. Use at your own risk.
Requirements:
Windows 2000 / XP, Media player 9 or higher.
Installation:
No installation, filelist.txt and errorfiles.txt are created by the application.
How to use:
Scan your mp3 directory (at least 50 songs to make the game amusing), play & have fun.
Game modes:
- Alter turn: Two player game, users (White & Black) take turns, one point for each correct answer, no time limit.
- Winner turn: Two player game, users (White & Black) guess until user make wrong choice or time run out, One point for correct answer, 0-3 points in time bonus.
- Race: Two player game, users (White & Black) guess as fast as possible, correct answer: 1 to 4 points, wrong answer: -1 to -4 points, no timeout.
- Solo: One player game: user (White) guess as fast as possible, correct answer: 1 to 4 points, wrong answer: -1 to -4 points, no timeout.

Xtra info:
filelist.txt: can be edited to narrow down the mp3 collection.
errorfiles.txt: contains a list of files that mp3quiz was not able to read.
